I'm a seasoned culinarian and self-professed foody that loves everything to do with gastronomy.  Here, I plan on sharing this love with recipes, tips on where to find the best local eats, and where to shop for the freshest ingredients

Of course cooking and eating!!! But when I am not doing that, I am gardening, collecting eggs from my chickens, fishing, and anything that involves spending time with my family and making them happy!

I love listening to classical and operatic music while cooking - sipping a glass of wine, cooking a delicious meal, teaching my kids to cook, all while Con te Partiro plays in the background while my wife sits back and watches - that is heavenly
